Writing case notes
I haven’t forgotten a school teacher who once wrote on my homework, “This is waffle!” I was devastated at the time because it was one assignment that I had enjoyed writing! Now, after many years of work and study, I have learnt how to think and write much more clearly, logically and professionally.
I have written a lot of case notes and reports over the years and I think this has taught me to have a clear and focused structure to my writing. I have discovered that there are three key issues that are important to consider when recording case work:

- Principles
- Protection
